Two things most legal video vendors don't do
Same-day delivery, included
Most vendors deliver next business day or later and charge a rush fee to move faster. Here the finished, timestamped video lands the same day as standard. If you take a deposition Tuesday morning, you are working from it Tuesday afternoon.
The record is captured twice
Three conference microphones run into a dedicated multitrack recorder that is independent of the camera, and the camera records its own audio in parallel. A camera failure does not cost you the audio. A recorder failure does not cost you the video. There is no single device whose failure loses the testimony.

Three Audio-Technica U891R boundary microphones on the table into a Zoom F6 multitrack recorder, plus wireless lavaliers where the room needs them.
Exhibits and playback
On-site laptop for displaying exhibits, sharing documents on screen, and playing prior video testimony back on the record. $75.
Remote and hybrid depositions
Zoom and equivalent platforms, with the feed handled and recorded locally rather than trusting a cloud recording. $100 setup.
Connectivity that doesn't depend on the venue
Satellite internet carried to the site. The venue's wifi is the usual failure point for a remote deposition, particularly outside the Treasure Valley.
Insured, COI on request
General liability carried, and a certificate of insurance provided before the date if your firm or the venue requires one.

Home base is the Treasure Valley and I travel for the rest. Travel outside the valley is billed at IRS mileage plus transit time, and it is quoted before the date is held — never added afterwards.

Deposition dates move constantly and I would rather say so up front than surprise a firm with it later. Reschedules outside 24 hours cost nothing.

What happens to the file
The media stays with me
Cards come out of the camera and recorder into my hands and stay there until delivery. Nothing is left at the venue and nothing is handed to a third party in between.
Delivered same day, with a checksum
The finished file goes to your firm the same day over a private link, with a checksum so you can verify the copy you hold is byte-identical to the one I recorded.
Backup held 30 days, then destroyed
A verified backup is kept for 30 days so a lost file can be re-sent, then destroyed — unless your firm asks in writing to hold it longer. I am not your archive of record; keeping litigation material indefinitely creates an obligation that serves neither of us.

To be straight about one thing: I am not NCRA CLVS certified. If your firm requires a CLVS on the record, I am not your vendor and I would rather tell you now than at the venue. What I bring instead is a decade and a half of field production where a lost recording is equally unrecoverable, and a kit built so that no single failure loses the day.

Do you provide the court reporter?
No. Video only. Your firm or your court reporting agency brings the reporter and the officer who swears the witness.
What if the deposition runs long?
I stay. It is billed at the same hourly rate with no after-hours premium, and same-day delivery still applies.
Can you travel to Twin Falls or Idaho Falls?
Yes. Travel outside the Treasure Valley is IRS mileage plus transit time, quoted before the date is held.
How do I get the file?
A private link the same day, with a checksum so you can verify what you received.
